Hiring of Janitorial Services for Rawalpindi Women University

Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites e-bids on bulk, Package-wise through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision of janitorial services. The procurement is open to reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax and/or Punjab Sales Tax etc.) with an active taxpayer profile and adequate experience. Bids will be processed on a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Hiring of Janitorial Services Bidding documents are available for download free of charge from the Punjab e-Procurement System portals (ep.punjab.gov.pk, epra.punjab.gov.pk) and Rawalpindi Women University website (www.rwu.edu.pk). Prospective bidders must submit their e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System before 11:30 AM on 17-Aug-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security of Rs. 440,000 must be submitted through Bank of Punjab (online drawn) as per PITB/Punjab-eProcurement Portal procedures in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. Bidders must also submit an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper, along with copies of Income Tax certificate, GST and/or PST certificates, and valid Professional Tax Certificate where applicable. All documents must be attested and submitted physically at the address before the closing date and time. University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
