Tender Description
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Kohat Zone invites bids for the hiring of Janitorial Staff Services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under reserved funds and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract referenced as P115360. The procurement will be conducted through the e-bidding platform EPADS v2.0, ensuring transparency and ease of access for eligible bidders registered on the system.

- Hiring of Janitorial Staff Services
The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and any applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, either in the form of a Bid Security or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.

Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 05:50 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 06:20 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS v2.0 and compliance with bid security requirements. The procurement is specific to the Kohat Zone of FIA, located in Sector IV, Phase-I, KDA, Kohat District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
