Hiring the Services of Kubota Machine and Combine Harvester for Harvesting of Paddy Crop on Area of 97 Acres

Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC) invites open competitive bids through ONLINE proposals for hiring the services of Kubota Machine and Combine Harvester for harvesting of paddy crop on an area of 97 acres in Khanewal. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - Hiring the services of Kubota Machine for harvesting of paddy crop on area of 97 acres - Hiring the services of Combine Harvester for harvesting of paddy crop on area of 97 acres The scope includes harvesting paddy crop on the specified acreage using the Kubota machine and combine harvester. Bidders must quote rates separately and compulsorily for both the Kubota machine and combine harvester. The harvested area will be identified at the time of contract award. All applicable taxes including Income Tax, GST, PRA/PST must be included in the bid prices, which shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Eligibility criteria require bidders to comply with PPRA rules, provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and submit an affidavit on company letterhead confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by PSC. Bid security of Rs. 40,740/- (2% of quoted rates) must be deposited online through the Punjab E-procurement System. Manual submission of bid security is not allowed. Bids must be submitted online on or before the deadline of October 13th, 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids will be opened online the same day at 11:30 AM with intimation to bidders through the portal. The bid validity period is 60 days from the last submission date.
