Parking Management Services at Lahore Global Village (LGV)

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced and reputable bidders with valid National Tax Number (NTN) registered with the Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) to participate in the bidding process for Parking Management Services at Lahore Global Village (LGV). Items being procured: - Parking Management Services at Lahore Global Village (LGV) Bidders are invited to compete under a Request for Proposal without Negotiations / Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. Complete bidding documents including detailed scope of work, criteria, terms and conditions can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 via pay order or CDR in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to PKR 1,000,000 in the form of an original Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. The Bid Security must remain valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period, and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Interested firms with strong capability and experience in similar projects are encouraged to submit sealed bids clearly marked Parking Management Services at Lahore Global Village (LGV) addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is October 15, 2026, by 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
