Hiring of Office Accommodations on Rental Basis for NADRA Offices in Multan Region

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Headquarters Multan invites bids for the hiring of office accommodations on a rental basis for NADRA offices located in Jalalpur Pirwala, District Multan, Mianwali Qureshian, Tehsil and District Rahimyar Khan, and Bhong, Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahimyar Khan for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the fund reserved by NADRA (RHO Multan) to cover eligible payments under the contract referenced as P65921. Items being procured: - Rental office buildings for NADRA registration centers in Jalalpur Pirwala - Rental office buildings for NADRA registration centers in District Multan - Rental office buildings for NADRA registration centers in Mianwali Qureshian - Rental office buildings for NADRA registration centers in Tehsil and District Rahimyar Khan - Rental office buildings for NADRA registration centers in Bhong, Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahimyar Khan The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of the Principal Method of Procurement, using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
