Hiring of Office Staff at PSIC Regional Office Rawalpindi for One Year

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC), Regional Office Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the hiring of office staff at PSIC Regional Office Chamanzar Colony, Tipu Road Rawalpindi for a period of one year, extendable up to 3 years subject to mutual consent. Items being procured: - Driver (1) - Naib Qasid (5) - Chowkidar (6) - Sweeper (1) The scope includes provision of office staff to support daily operations at the PSIC Regional Office Rawalpindi. The contract duration is initially one year with possible extension based on performance and mutual agreement. Bidders must be registered with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and e-Procurement Punjab portal. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Earnest money of 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be uploaded on the e-Procurement Punjab website and physical submission of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order to the Deputy Director (A/C), PSIC Regional Office Rawalpindi is required before bid closing. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. The bid submission deadline is 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day on the e-Procurement Punjab portal. The bid validity period is 120 days from submission date. Only firms registered with PPRA and e-Procurement Punjab are eligible.
