Hiring and Outsourcing of Office Boys, Plumber, Gardeners and Janitorial Staff for NAB Sukkur

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sukkur invites reputable and experienced companies, firms, or business entities duly registered with FBR for the provision of outsourcing services for Office Boys, Janitorial Staff, Plumber, and Gardeners at their premises located at Airport Road, Near Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur. The contract is for one year with the possibility of extension for a further two years based on satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms. Items being procured: - Office Boy (15 positions) - Plumber (1 position) - Gardener / Mali (2 positions) - Janitorial Staff / Sanitary Worker (6 positions) The scope includes providing skilled and reliable personnel for the listed posts to ensure smooth daily operations and maintenance of the NAB Sukkur office environment. The eligible service provider must have valid sales tax and income tax registrations with active ATL status and meet all eligibility criteria and terms as per the bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via the E-PAD system (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit bid security amounting to Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of NAB Sukkur, both physically and online before the deadline. The bids will remain valid for 90 days, and Earnest Money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within a fortnight. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security equivalent to 10% of the contract value. The tender submission deadline is **27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with technical proposals opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
