Hiring of Private Security Staff for CPGCL Guddu for One Year 2026-2027

Central Power Generation Company Ltd (CPGCL) invites bids for hiring private security staff from a well reputed security firm for the security and safety of CPGCL Guddu for the period of one year (365 days) 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Hiring of Private Security Staff for CPGCL Guddu The scope includes providing professional security services to ensure the safety of the power generation facility and its assets. The security firm must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and have a credible track record and experience in similar services. Participating firms should provide profiles demonstrating their experience along with their bids. A fixed bid security of PKR 500,000 is required in the form of call deposit, bank draft, or bank guarantee (refundable) drawn in favor of Central Power Generation Company Ltd. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding process under PPRA Rules 36(b). Interested participants must submit their proposals on the e-PADS portal. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at https:/eprocure.gov.pk. The last date for issuing tender documents is 22 September 2026 at 14:00 hours, and the date and time for receiving and opening tenders is 22 September 2026 at 14:30 hours. The Chief Executive Officer, Genco-II TPS Guddu reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rule No.33(1). Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids separately as per the two-envelope procedure and ensure timely submission on the e-PADS portal to avoid disqualification.
