Tender Description
The Auqaf Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the hiring of searchers for various shrines across Sindh. This procurement is for the deployment of four (4) searchers at each of the following shrines: Dargah Abdullah Shah Ashabi at Thatta, Dargah Shah Yaqeek at District Sujawal, Dargah Umaid Ali Shah at Mirpukhas, Dargah Baba Sallauddin at Kotri, Dargah Abdul Wahab Shah Jillani at Hyderabad, Dargah Saman Sarkar at Badin, Dargah Makki Shah at Hyderabad, and Dargah Saddruddin Shah at Rohri. Each deployment is valued at Rs. 1.5 Million, totaling Rs. 12 Million.

The scope involves provision of security personnel specialized as searchers for shrine premises to ensure safety and order. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with SPPRA rules. Eligibility requires valid NTN, SRB registration, active taxpayer status, at least three years of experience with minimum five purchase orders, and evidence of completed work worth Rs. 3 million. Earnest money of 5% of bid value is required except for one shrine where 3% applies. Tender fee of Rs. 2000 is payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh.
Bids must be submitted electronically on the SPPRA E-PADS portal and a printed technical proposal in a sealed envelope at the Chief Administrator's office in Hyderabad. The deadline for submission and opening is 1 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM respectively. Conditional, late, or incomplete bids will be rejected. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered.
