Hiring of Security Firm Services with Armed Supervisors and Guards

The Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) Lahore is inviting qualified security firms for the hiring of security services in Lahore. This tender specifically calls for the provision of armed supervisors and guards equipped with licensed 12 Bore Shot Guns. The requirement is for 4 guards, all of whom must be ex-Army personnel, working on an 8 hours shift basis. Items being procured: - Armed Supervisors & Guards with licensed 12 Bore Shot Gun (04 Guards) - Ex-Army Personnel only - 8 Hours Shift Basis The scope of work includes providing professional security services with licensed firearms, ensuring safety and protection at the designated premises. The security firm must have valid licenses, registration certificates, and previous experience in similar assignments. The firm must also submit an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any department. Bidders are required to provide a bid security equal to 3% of the total quoted value for 12 months of 4 guards, either as a deposit at call or a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN number, registration certificate, company profile, armed licenses, and prior experience. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure under the National Competitive Bidding rules. The Earnest Money of Rs. 2000/- must be submitted as a non-refundable Tender Participation Fee. The tender was published on 3rd July 2026, with a closing date of 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the federal PPRA EPADS web portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
