Hiring of Services of Security Firm with Armed Supervisors and Guards

Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) Lahore invites bids for the hiring of services of a security firm to provide armed supervisors and guards. The requirement is for 4 guards equipped with licensed 12 Bore Shot Guns. Only ex-army personnel are eligible to apply. The security service will operate on an 8 hours shift basis. Items being procured: - Armed Supervisors & Guards with licensed 12 Bore Shot Gun (04 Guards) The scope includes providing professional security services with licensed firearms, ensuring safety and protection at the PITAC premises located in Lahore. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and provide valid NTN, registration certificates, company profile, armed licenses, and previous experience documents. A pay order or bank draft of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) as tender participation fee must accompany the bid. Bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding rules using the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the federal PPRA EPADS web portal http://eprocure.gov.pk before the closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 3% of the total quoted value for 12 months of service must be submitted as a scanned copy through EPADS, with the original bid security and supporting documents dispatched to the undersigned. The bids should include all applicable taxes. PITAC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of guards and to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The closing date for submission is 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Interested firms should ensure all documents are complete and submitted timely.
