Hiring of Firm for Services of Security Guards for Residential Institutions of Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Rawalpindi Division

The Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Rawalpindi Division invites electronic bids for the hiring of a firm to provide security guard services for residential institutions of social welfare and Bait ul Maal in Rawalpindi Division covering Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal districts. Items being procured: - 30 Security Guards for Residential Institutions of Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal Districts. The contract is for the fiscal year 2026-2027 (October 2026 to June 2027). The scope includes provision of relevant security services by firms/companies registered with the appropriate authorities. Bidders must submit a single stage two envelope bid comprising technical and financial proposals in full compliance with the bidding documents. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security, and a performance guarantee of 5% will be required from the successful bidder. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-procurement system at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Technical bids will be opened on 23-09-2026 at 01:00 PM in the office of the Divisional Director. Bids must be submitted online by 12:30 PM on the closing date. The Divisional Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
