Hiring of Security Guards Services for Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal Department Sahiwal Division

The Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal Department Sahiwal Division invites reputable security companies registered with the Ministry of Interior and the concerned Home Department to submit bids for the deployment of security personnel at various institutions under the department in Sahiwal. The contract is initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and mutual consultation. The security companies must be listed in the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and meet all eligibility criteria as per the tender document. Items being procured: - Security services for 13 personnel @ Rs. 55,000 per person per year The tender documents with complete specifications and terms are available immediately after publication. The estimated cost inclusive of all taxes is Rs. 8,580,000. A fixed bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 171,600 is required. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Electronic bids must be submitted by September 29, 2026, 11:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Interested bidders should ensure timely uploading of bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The successful bidders will also be required to submit performance security as per the tender terms.
