Hiring of Security Services at Kohat University of Science & Technology

Kohat University of Science & Technology (KUST) invites sealed bids from approved and registered companies for the provision of security services at KUST campus in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the Single-stage One Envelope method as per KPPRA rules 2014 and bids are to be submitted via the E-PADS portal as well as hard copy in sealed envelopes. Items being procured: - Provision of Security Services at KUST campus The scope includes providing professional security services with valid registration and NOCs from the Ministry of Interior, Provincial Home Department, and KPRA department. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Tender documents and detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Secretary University Purchase Committee upon payment of Rs.3000 as non-refundable tender form fee. Bidders are required to submit a security deposit of Rs.100000 (One Lac) along with their bids. The deadline for submission is October 02, 2026, by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the Senate Hall of KUST. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may communicate reasons for rejection upon request.
