Hiring of Service Provider for Provision of Catering Services (Food)

The Federal Board of Revenue, through its Regional Tax Office (RTO) Peshawar, invites experienced and well-established firms or service providers for the hiring of a service provider for provision of catering services (food) for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the relevant head of account with reserved funds for this purpose. Items being procured: - Provision of Catering Services (Food) The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope adopting the Most Advantageous Bid Technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All proposals must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order (refundable) drawn in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, RTO, Peshawar. The scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on e-PADS and the original hard copy submitted physically to the procuring agency. The Bid Security will be retained until the award of contract. The successful bidder will also provide a 10% Performance Guarantee of the contract amount in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee, retained until contract completion and clearance of dues. Bids must be uploaded on or before the closing date and time of 30.10.2026 at 11:00 am. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Conference Hall of RTO, Peshawar. Members of the Departmental Procurement Committee will also attend. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant Federal and Provincial authorities, active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, and compliance with all bidding terms and conditions.
