Tender Description
Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites sealed and electronic bids from eligible firms for the hiring of service providers for Telemedicine and E-Pharmacy Services to its registered members and corporate clients. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Punjab Rules, 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness.

The scope includes providing comprehensive telemedicine consultations and electronic pharmacy services to PLIC's clientele, leveraging digital platforms for healthcare delivery. Bidders must be capable of delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure services compliant with relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 100,000 per lot for 3 lots, and compliance with all applicable rules. Bids must be submitted strictly through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 04 September 2026 before 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
