Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) Lahore invites bids for hiring services of contractor firm/company (LWMC approved) for sweeping of roads, footpaths, greenbelts and solid waste collection, lifting & disposal at Govt. approved landfill site Lakhodair for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Kot Lakhpat Lahore. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Roads - Sweeping of Footpaths - Sweeping of Greenbelts - Solid Waste Collection - Lifting & Disposal at Govt. approved Landfill site (Lakhodair) This contract involves comprehensive cleaning and solid waste management services within the industrial estate. The contractor must ensure regular sweeping of all roads, footpaths, and green areas, along with efficient collection, lifting, and disposal of solid waste at the designated government-approved landfill site. The scope requires adherence to environmental and municipal standards, with proper equipment and manpower to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the estate. Eligible bidders must be LWMC approved contractor firms or companies registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA, and must appear on the active Tax Payers List. Bidders should have relevant experience in municipal cleaning and waste management services. The bid security must be 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 498,960 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order issued exclusively by Bank of Punjab (BOP). Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website, PIEDMC website, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28th July 2026 before 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014. Incomplete or late bids, or those without proper bid security, will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is issued by Bank of Punjab only and submit the original digitally on the e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
