Hiring of Services for Implementation and Execution of Sports Events

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified local and national event management firms and service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for a framework contract. This contract is for the hiring of services for the implementation and execution of sports events in Peshawar. The scope includes organizing sports events with associated services such as refreshments, catering, and printing of Panaflex banners. Items being procured: - Implementation and execution of sports events - Refreshments - Catering services - Printing of Panaflex banners The technical scope requires experienced firms with at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management. The contract involves comprehensive event management services including catering and promotional material production. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration certificates from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) and SECP registration must be provided where applicable. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal or the Directorate's official website. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS before the deadline of 19th August 2027 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports, Peshawar Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. A bid security of Rs.200,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is mandatory.
