Tender Description
The Directorate General of Internal Audit (IR), Islamabad (Revenue Division/Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)) invites bids for the hiring of a Third-Party Human Resource Provider - Outsourcing under reference P63884 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to cover eligible payments under the contract for outsourcing services.

- Hiring of Third-Party Human Resource Provider - Outsourcing
The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The deadline for bid submission is Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day.

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Notification copies are available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0, as well as the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.org.pk.
