Items being procured: - Detailed technical assessment of the existing Ion Exchanger (RO) Plant - Supply of all new components, spares, and materials including RO membrane, high-pressure pump, product water tank, DI feed pump, piping, fittings, valves, instrumentation and controls - Additional replacement, repair or modification as identified during assessment or execution - Removal and disposal of defective and replaced parts - Complete installation, testing, and commissioning of the plant - Demonstration of plant performance to PSPC's satisfaction - Provision of workmanship and equipment warranty - Training of PSPC operating staff on operation and basic maintenance if required The scope includes a mandatory pre-bid site visit for bidders to assess the plant condition and identify all necessary works. The contract is a lump sum turnkey job with no separate item-wise supply contract. Bidders must quote a single all-inclusive lump sum price covering supply, installation, testing, commissioning, applicable taxes, and site cleanup.
