Hiring of Services for Uplift and Renovation of PAC Stall and Provisioning of Promotional Material at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board Kamra

Items being procured: - Uplift and renovation of PAC stall including racks, reception counter, laminated floor, plants with planters, chairs (2-3 sets), racks for brochures and display exhibits with appropriate number of LCDs/SMOs - On-site videos - Painting, retouching, tagging, refurbishment of exhibits - Provisioning of electricity services at the stall - Branding services as per requirements - Provisioning of aircraft display models - Promotional materials and giveaway items including JF-17 Model, SMK Models, leather sacs, PAC Gift Sets (5 in 1 and 2 in 1), diaries, PAC caps, collar pins (JF-17 & SMK), key chains (metallic & leather), metallic pen box, plastic pens, PAC mugs (ceramic), spiral notebooks, PAC bags (small, medium, large), fabric bags, PAC catalogues, PAC brochures, SMK brochures, JF-17 brochures, PAC pamphlets (multi languages), crests, ladies wallets/bags, Pakistani cultural and heritage items, manufacturing of fiber packing boxes, and other items as deemed appropriate. The technical scope includes design, fabrication, and on-site services for the stall uplift and renovation, along with the supply of promotional and giveaway items. The site is at PAC Board Kamra, and the services require compliance with specifications including state-of-the-art technology for digital high definition displays, contemporary and innovative design, branding and marketing, visitor engagement, modularity, flexibility, functionality, and practicality. Eligibility criteria require firms to be NTN and GST registered Pakistani companies appearing on the active tax payer list of the Federal Board of Revenue, with international footprints and relevant experience in field services. Firms must provide 5% earnest money of the quoted value through bank draft in favor of PAC Revolving Fund Account. Previous experience in stall buildup and associated services in reputed exhibitions is preferred. Affidavit of not being blacklisted by any government or semi-government body is mandatory. Financial position must be supported by bank statements, profit and loss statements, and audit reports for the last three years. The tender submission deadline is 10:30 AM on 14 September, 2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Quotations must be original, sealed in two separate envelopes for technical and commercial offers, and submitted to the Commercial Wing, PAC Board Kamra. Prices must be firm, final, inclusive of all government taxes, duties, packing, and handling charges, with GST and other taxes mentioned separately.
