Hiring of Skilled and Unskilled Manpower for Jamshoro Power Company Limited 660 MW Coal Fired Power Plant

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL) invites bids through National Competitive Bidding for hiring a firm or contractor to supply skilled and unskilled manpower at its 660 MW Coal Fired Power Plant located in Jamshoro, Sindh. The procurement is conducted under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection. Items being procured: - Head Fireman - Fireman - Fire Vehicle Driver (HTV) - Motor Car Driver - Khateeb / Imam - Pump Operator - Caretaker (Civil) - Cook - Office Boy The scope includes provision of manpower for 8 working hours per day with minimum wages as per Sindh Government notification dated 17 August 2026.
