Hiring of Social Mobilizers for Livestock Sector under Accelerated Action Plan in Sindh

The Livestock & Fisheries Department, Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for hiring of Social Mobilizers for sustainability, implementation, and follow-up in communities under the Accelerated Action Plan for reduction of stunting and malnutrition in Sindh (Livestock Sector) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is part of the Sehtmand Sindh Program aimed at addressing malnutrition through social mobilization in livestock-related communities. Items being procured: - Services of Social Mobilizers for sustainability, implementation, and follow-up in communities under the Accelerated Action Plan for reduction of stunting and malnutrition in Sindh (Livestock Sector) Bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the EPADS portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk by paying a non-refundable tender document price of Rs. 2000 through a Pay Order in favor of Accelerated Action Plan for reduction of stunting and malnutrition in Sindh (Livestock Sector). The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Income Tax, General Sales Tax (FBR), Sindh Services Tax (SRB), and Social Welfare Department or any other authorized government entity. The service provider must have valid permission or clearance from the Government of Sindh to operate in the province and at least three years of experience with the Livestock Sector. A bid security of Rs. 800,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft is required. Tenders will be issued from 01-10-2026 to 15-10-2026. Sealed envelopes must be received by 15-10-2026 up to 01:00 PM, with the technical bid opening at 02:00 PM on the same day at the Committee Room of PMU, AAP Livestock Sector, Karachi. Partial and incomplete bids will be rejected. The financial bid of only technically qualified firms will be opened in the presence of their representatives at a later date. The assignment duration is up to 30-06-2027, extendable based on performance.
