Municipal Corporation Bagh invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced and financially sound private firms/companies consortium/Joint Ventures for hiring of solid waste management services in Bagh City under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of the A&JK Public Procurement Rules for 2026. Items being procured: - Hiring of Solid Waste Management Services for Bagh City The scope broadly includes all 15 wards, door-to-door waste collection, street sweeping, collection from communal points, transportation of solid waste, cleaning of roads/markets/public places, operation of waste collection system, provision of manpower, vehicles, machinery, complaint redressal, reporting, awareness raising and environment friendly disposal of municipal solid waste initially for the period of 05 years. Detail of existing operational vehicles, machinery and human resource units is given in bid document along with other available resources. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (Category C-1), Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), FBR/ATL registration, active Tax Payer List (ATL) status, and proven experience in municipal solid waste management/sanitation/waste collection and transportation. The bidder must demonstrate adequate manpower, vehicles, machinery, equipment and financial capacity for effective and efficient implementation of this task. Bids must be submitted in two separately sealed envelopes marked 'TECHNICAL BID' and 'FINANCIAL BID'. The bid submission deadline is 19-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at Municipal Corporation Bagh office.
