Hiring of Subordinate and Other Staff on Outsource Basis for Special Economic Zone Authority Sindh

Special Economic Zone Authority Sindh invites online bids from well reputed Companies/Firms dealing in providing Sub-Ordinate & Other Staff on Outsource Basis to SEZA Sindh in Karachi. Items being procured: - Hiring of Subordinate Staff - Hiring of Other Staff Tender documents containing detailed evaluation criteria, scope of work and other details can be downloaded through SPPRA website https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk// and SEZA website www.sezasindh.gos.pk from 18th September 2026 (Friday) till 5th October 2026 (Monday). The procurement method is Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure for open competitive bidding. Bidders must upload their proposals through the SPPRA EPADs Portal. Financial proposals must be accompanied by 5% bid security of the total bid amount in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security should be valid for at least 90 days beyond the bid validity date and must be in favor of Special Economic Zone Authority. Opening of financial proposals will be done only for firms that qualify the technical evaluation. Submission of proposals in hard copy is also required at the Special Economic Zone Authority office exactly matching the version uploaded on the EPADs portal. Deadline for submission is before 5th October 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Opening of bids will be on 5th October 2026 at 3:30 p.m. via SPPRA EPADs portal online session. Eligibility includes firms registered with FBR/ATL, with relevant experience and earnest money as bid security. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the online bid opening session. Misrepresentation or providing false information will lead to disqualification. Additional conditions include automatic rejection for conditional or telegraphic submissions, missing or incorrect bid security, late submissions, and participation by blacklisted firms is prohibited.
