Hiring of Subordinate and Other Staff on Outsource Basis for Special Economic Zone Authority Sindh Karachi

Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites online bids from well reputed companies and firms for hiring subordinate and other staff on outsource basis. The contract is for providing services of various categories of staff including Dispatch Rider, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Photocopier Operator/Naib Qasid, Driver, Sanitary Worker, Data Processing Officer, Assistant Manager, and any other official or subordinate staff as required. The staff will be posted at SEZA office located at 1st Floor, Block-A, Finance & Trade Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Items being procured: - Dispatch Rider (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 40,000) - Naib Qasid (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 40,000) - Chowkidar (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 40,000) - Photocopier Operator/Naib Qasid (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 40,000) - Driver (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 40,000) - Sanitary Worker (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 40,000) - Data Processing Officer (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 80,000) - Assistant Manager (1 staff, monthly salary Rs. 99,900) - Additional staff as required on need basis The total monthly salary for existing eight staff is Rs. 419,900 with an annual estimated cost of Rs. 5,038,800. In addition, bidders must include annual premiums for group life insurance and group health insurance covering staff and their eligible dependents, with specified coverage limits and benefits including hospitalization, maternity, specialized investigations, and emergency treatments. The scope includes managing outsourced staff, ensuring compliance with government wage notifications, and handling all labor-related legal matters at the contractor's cost. The contract may be extended annually for up to three years on mutual agreement. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with eligibility criteria including experience, financial capacity, and no blacklisting. Bids must be submitted online via the Sindh e-Procurement System (EPADS) by 5th October 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Original bid security and hard copies must be submitted at SEZA office.
