Hiring of Third-Party Consultant for Conducting Yardstick Study and Revision of HR Requirements by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to submit E-bids for the consultancy services titled Hiring of Third-Party Consultant for Conducting Yardstick Study and Revision of HR Requirements for FY 2026-27. The procurement is planned under the fund reserved for FY 2026-27 and aims to cover eligible payments for consultancy services related to HR requirements revision and yardstick study. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Yardstick Study - Revision of HR Requirements The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related guidelines. Bidders must provide a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
