Tender Description
The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms for the hiring of third-party firm services. The scope includes provision of Software Development, GIS, Data-Center and IT Resources on a need basis to support the PULSE project.

The project is funded by the World Bank and aims to enhance urban land systems in Punjab. The selected firms must have proven experience in software development, GIS, and IT infrastructure with a strong technical capacity and financial stability. The assignment requires firms to provide skilled developers, specialized technical resources, and essential software tools as per PULSE project objectives.
