Service Level Agreement for Maintenance of 11 Xerox and 5 Cannon Printers at LESCO IT Centers in Lahore, Sheikhupura & Okara

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites bids for a Service Level Agreement covering maintenance services for 11 Xerox heavy duty printers and 5 Cannon Advance Image Runner 8595 IR printers installed at LESCO IT centers located in Lahore, Sheikhupura, and Okara. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to ensure continuous operational readiness of the printing equipment critical for customer billing processes. Items being procured: - Maintenance service for 5 Xerox 157-EA printers - Maintenance service for 6 Xerox D-125 printers - Maintenance service for 3 Cannon Advance Image Runner 8595 IR printers - Maintenance service for 2 additional Cannon Advance Image Runner 8595 IR printers The scope includes on-site maintenance with a resident engineer available 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, including public holidays, at the IT Directorate Lahore. Service response times are immediate at Lahore station and same-day or next-day resolution at Sheikhupura and Okara stations depending on call timing. Faulty parts must be replaced within 12 hours or backup equipment provided. The vendor is responsible for transportation costs for repairs done off-site. Monthly payments will be made only for printers operational during the billing month. Penalties apply for non-compliance with service levels. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR, have valid authorization from OEMs, provide audited financial statements for the last 3 years, and demonstrate at least 3 years of similar service experience with satisfactory performance certificates. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per bidding documents.
