Hiring of Training Providers for Technical and Vocational Trainings to the Youth of Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (AJK-TEVTA) invites proposals for hiring training providers to deliver technical and vocational trainings to the youth of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This initiative aims to address unemployment by providing quality market-based training in collaboration with credible TVET institutes across Pakistan. Items being procured: - Hiring of Training Providers for Technical and Vocational Trainings to the youth of AJK AJK-TEVTA will cover training costs, boarding, and lodging for candidates, while training providers are responsible for delivering quality training. The RFP is available to GST/NTN registered TVET institutes operating in both public and private sectors in Pakistan. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 (Two Lac Rupees) in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of DDO TEVTA-AJK must accompany the bid. RFP documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 1000 via CDR or Pay Order in favor of DDO TEVTA-AJ&K. Requests for RFP can also be made via email to chairman.tevta@gmail.com before the closing date. All interested training providers must submit their bids either by registered courier to the postal address: Director (Projects) AJK-TEVTA Head Office, New Civil Secretariat (Block-6), Chatter Domail, Muzaffarabad, or through authorized representatives at the AJK-TEVTA head office in Muzaffarabad before 03-09-2026, 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs. Institutes blacklisted in AJK or Pakistan are not eligible to apply. Late submissions will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
