Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys Chawinda

Items being procured: - Transport services on route Gunnah Kalan for 35 students over 56 km - Transport services on route Daswan Meel for 35 students over 50 km - Transport services on route Kandar for 35 students over 56 km - Transport services on route Ismaeel Abad for 52 students over 48 km - Transport services on route Lori Adda Pasrur for 35 students over 36 km - Transport services on route Sabaz Peer Mor for 52 students over 56 km - Transport services on route Bhakray Wali for 35 students over 44 km - Transport services on route Kamonkey for 35 students over 56 km - Transport services on route Chawinda Urban for 62 students over 10 km - Transport services on route Chawinda Rural for 35 students over 10 km - Transport services on route Sabaz Kot for 35 students over 54 km - Transport services on route Sohdrakye for 35 students over 22 km - Transport services on route Ramkay for 35 students over 26 km - Transport services on route Dugree Handlan for 35 students over 40 km The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment defined as a vehicle originally manufactured not earlier than 2000 and subsequently refurbished to meet technical requirements verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM and financial bids opening on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Firms must be tax registered and submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before the technical bid opening to clarify the online procurement system usage. The Labour Welfare Office, District Sialkot, will serve as the cluster center for bid opening proceedings.
