Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys Evening Shift Gujranwala

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) under the Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab invites electronic bids from tax registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School Boys Evening Shift, Peoples Colony, Gujranwala for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Hiring of 7 vehicles for routes: Aroop to School, Kamokey to School, Chanda Qila to School, Miraliwala to School, Ladhywala to School, Jhangi Pulli to School, Sansara Goryaia to School The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner or a third-party expert. The bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount (Rs. 740,000) is required. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligibility requires registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and compliance with all tender document terms. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online by 24th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM and financial bids opening on 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The Labour Welfare Office, District Gujranwala (East) will serve as the cluster center for bid opening.
