Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Boys Kasur

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Boys, Basti Barat Shah Kasur for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Transport services for 19 vehicles covering routes including Soa-Asal to School-1 and School-2, Mustafabad Police Station, Wadarah to School, Raja Jhang to School, Jabbomail to School, Sangat Singh to School, Shafi Wala Chowk to School, Chowk Shaheedan to School, Rasool Pur to School-1 and School-2, Noori Wala to School, Kujiyawala to School, Kalon to School, Bheemkay to School, Haveli Natho Wala to School, Village Nathowala to School, Khara Village to School, and Shikhpura to School. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later, with refurbishment defined as originally manufactured not earlier than 2000 and subsequently refurbished to meet technical requirements verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner or third-party expert. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on 24.09.2026 at 11:30 a.m. and 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. respectively. The Labour Welfare Office, District Kasur will serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings. Bidders must ensure bids are complete, signed, stamped, and submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR @ 5% of the contract amount is required from the successful bidder prior to contract signing.
