Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys Evening Shift Faisalabad

The Labour and Human Resource Department Punjab invites electronic bids from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare School Boys Evening Shift Faisalabad located at Johar Labour Colony Millat Road Faisalabad. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Items being procured: - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 1: School to Nishat Mills Colony via Malikpur - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 2: School to Manawala - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 3: Abdullah Pur to School - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 4: D-Type Goli to School - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 5: Bijli Ghar Samundari Rd via GTS to School - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 6: School to Nalka Kohala via G.M Abad - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 7: Cresent Sugar Mills via dry port to School - Transport services for 8 vehicles on Route 8: Chenab Mills via Bhaiwala to School Each route has a seating capacity of 57 students with distances ranging from 34 to 54 kilometers double side. The service is for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, verified by a valid refurbishment certificate from the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system. Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM, and financial bids will be opened on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must include a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated contract amount submitted electronically. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The Labour Welfare Office District Faisalabad will serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings.
