Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare H/S School Girls Rahim Yar Khan

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Labour & Human Resource Department invites e-bids from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School for Girls located at Labour Colony, near Gulshan e Usman, Rahim Yar Khan for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - 21 Mazda 28 Seater & Hiace 15 Seater vehicles - Routes including Punjab Seed Corporation Khilji Adda to School, Basti Malik Pur to School, Ghous Fur to School, Rafiq Abad Ameen Garh Morh to School, School to Milan House Nehar Kinara, Chak 111 East Zari Bank to School, Chak 110/P Sultan Pur to School, Gulshan Iqbal Main Market to School, Modern Floor Mills to School, Liver Estate Iqbal Floor Mills to School, Abbasa Pul Fouji Chowk to School, Jugnu Chowk Wireless Pul to School, JDW City to School, Zoo Chowk Basti Khambra to School, Noor e Wali to School, Ahmed Ghee Mill Basti Bahadarpur to School, Majeed Petrol Pump Police Choki to School, Iqbal Abad Taj Garh to School, Giri Canal Coca Cola to School, Akber Petrol Pump Bal Pass to School, Naveena Industries Cantt Chowk to School, Millat Chowk Sadiqabad to School. Each vehicle is 26 seater except Noor e Wali route which is 15 seater. Distances range from 10 to 88 km double side. Estimated 2% bid security amount is Rs. 1,873,923. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must register and submit bids online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. A single stage two envelopes bidding procedure will be followed. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount submitted electronically via the prescribed method. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later with valid refurbishment certificates. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before the technical bid opening at the office of the Divisional Director Labour Welfare.
