Transportation of Wheat Stocks for Shaheed Benazirabad Region 2026-27

The Regional Directorate of Food Shaheed Benazirabad invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for the transportation of wheat stocks for the financial year 2026-27 up to 28-02-2027. This tender covers transportation services within the Shaheed Benazirabad Region including districts Shaheed Benazirabad and Naushahro Feroze. Items being procured: - Transportation of wheat bags of 101 Kg gross weight from specified centers and godowns to PRCs and privately hired godowns within the region - Loading, unloading, proper stacking of bags up to 15 to 18 layers - Collection, sweeping, and stitching of torn or slack bags including cost of sutlie The contractor is responsible for lifting the correct number of bags on a 100% weighment basis and delivering them to designated godowns. The contractor bears full responsibility for any shortages or losses en-route, recoverable from bills or security deposits. The contract period is valid until 28-02-2027 with possible extension up to 15% of work performed. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board tax registration, minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million per annum for the last three years, and relevant experience of transporting over 10,000 metric tons of wheat or similar commodities in the last three years. Bid security must be submitted electronically via E-PADS and in original form before the deadline. The bid opening will be held on 23-09-2026 at 12:30 PM through E-PADS. A practical tip for bidders: ensure all required legal documents including CNIC copies, tax certificates, and experience certificates are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully quote rates per bag including all loading, unloading, and stacking charges as no extra payments will be entertained.
