Hiring of Transport Services for KoFHA Employees

The Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA) in Karachi invites bids for the hiring of transport services for its employees for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for the provision of non-consultancy services involving the hiring of three vans to operate on designated routes between the city and KoFHA premises at Chashma Goth, Rehri, Malir District. The contract period is for one year starting from November 30, 2026, extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent. Items being procured: - 2 units of 14/15 seater air-conditioned vans, preferably Toyota Hi-ace or equivalent (Model 2018 or above, Registration 2022 or above) - 1 unit of 7/8 seater air-conditioned van, preferably Suzuki APV or equivalent (Model 2018 or above, Registration 2022 or above) The vehicles will ply on specified routes covering areas such as Shershah, Maripur Stop, Saddar, P.I.B Colony, PECHS, Defence, Korangi, New Karachi Police Station, Gulberg, Gulshan Chowrangi, Shah Faisal, Scheme-33, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, and Malir. POL (fuel) will be provided by KoFHA for the agreed routes, with reimbursement for any additional routes assigned. The scope includes maintenance, repair, insurance, driver's wages, and all operational expenses borne by the contractor. Vehicles must be in excellent condition, with valid fitness certificates and registration. Drivers must be disciplined, law-abiding, and maintain good personal hygiene. The contractor is responsible for providing replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns and ensuring timely pick and drop of employees. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and SRB certificates, financial stability, experience in the last five years, ownership or rental of vehicles meeting specifications, and affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation status. Bid security of PKR 200,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. The selection method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
