Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Boys Muzaffargarh

The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 24.09.2026 at or before 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM, and financial bids on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount electronically. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Firms must obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation.
