Vehicles must be manufactured/refurbished in 2005 or later. Refurbished vehicles must have valid refurbishment certificates verified by Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner or third-party expert. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the portal to participate. Bids must be submitted online by 24-09-2026 till 11:00 AM. Technical bids will open on the same day at 11:30 AM, and financial bids on 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Earnest money of 2% of estimated contract amount must be submitted electronically via CDR/Bank Guarantee. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held 10 days before technical bid opening at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare. Bidders must have at least 70% marks in technical qualification. All applicable government taxes are included. Successful bidders must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount at or before contract signing. Office of the Deputy Director Labour Welfare, District Sheikhupura will serve as the cluster center for bid opening proceedings. One student per seat ratio will be observed.
