Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis and Complete Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR), under the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered with FBR SRB for hiring vehicles on rental basis and for complete repair and maintenance of official vehicles. This tender is specifically for operational use in Sindh Province, with the office located in Karachi. Items being procured: - Hiring of Vehicles on Monthly Rental Basis Double Cabin 4x4 full time, with/without driver and with/without fuel, Model 2015 or above (02 Nos) - Hiring of Vehicles on Monthly Rental Basis Car model 2017 or above full time, with/without driver and with/without fuel (01 Nos) - Complete repair and maintenance of Hyundai Shehzore Pickup (2006 Model) including repair, rehabilitation, replacement, installation, testing and commissioning (01 No) - Complete repair and maintenance of KIA Sportage Jeep (2005 Model, 1998 cc Turbo Diesel) including repair, rehabilitation, replacement, installation, testing and commissioning (01 No) The technical scope covers hiring of vehicles with flexible driver and fuel options, and comprehensive repair and maintenance services for official vehicles including pickups and jeeps. The work involves rehabilitation, replacement of parts, installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure operational readiness. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR SRB and have relevant experience in vehicle rental and maintenance services. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft is required: PKR 100,000 for Lot 1 (vehicle hiring) and PKR 125,000 for Lot 2 (repair and maintenance). Bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals along with bid security in a separate envelope. The submission deadline is 10th August 2026 by 11:00 am at PCRWR Regional Office Karachi. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from EPADS, PPRA, and PCRWR website. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is correctly marked and submitted separately for each lot to avoid disqualification.
