Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis and Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR), Ministry of Water Resources, Government of Pakistan, Karachi office invites bids for hiring of vehicles on rental basis and complete repair and maintenance of official vehicles. This procurement is specifically for the Regional Office Karachi and covers deployment and maintenance of vehicles across Sindh province. Items being procured: - 02 Nos Double Cabin 4x4 vehicles (Model 2015 or above) on monthly rental basis with/without driver and fuel - 02 Nos Cars (Model 2017 or above) on monthly rental basis with/without driver and fuel - Complete repair and rehabilitation of 01 Hyundai Shehzore Pickup (2006 Model) including engine replacement, mechanical, electrical, suspension, braking, cooling, fuel, exhaust systems, rewiring, new tyres, body restoration, fabrication of cargo carriage, interior refurbishment, painting, testing and commissioning - Complete repair and rehabilitation of 01 KIA Sportage Jeep (2005 Model, 1998 cc Turbo Diesel) including turbo diesel engine replacement, mechanical, electrical, transmission, turbocharging, steering, suspension, braking, cooling, fuel, exhaust, HVAC systems, rewiring, new tyres, body and interior restoration, painting, testing and commissioning The scope includes provision of vehicles on monthly rental basis with full maintenance responsibility on the contractor except scheduled servicing items borne by PCRWR. Vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, and comply with all legal requirements. Repair works cover comprehensive restoration and replacement of parts with OEM or equivalent quality, including engine, transmission, electrical systems, bodywork, HVAC, and final commissioning. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, possess NTN, and demonstrate financial and technical capacity with relevant experience. PEC registration and past performance certificates are required. Tender security of PKR 100,000 for vehicle hiring and PKR 125,000 for repair works must be submitted.
