Hiring of Firm/Firms for Provision of Venue and Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies at Multan

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department, Multan Division invites bids for hiring of firm/firms for provision of venue and catering services along with related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Multan on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for services to accommodate 550 marriages (11000 persons) with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,87,60,000 and a bid security of Rs. 774,400 (2% of total estimated cost). Items being procured: - Venue and Catering services for 550 marriages (11000 persons) The scope includes provision of venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies, ensuring quality and timely service delivery as per the contract terms.
