Construction of Hostel Building and Mess Hall for TSG South Training Center NGC Hyderabad

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) invites sealed bids for the complete construction and completion of a hostel building and mess hall for the TSG South Training Center at NGC Hyderabad, located at the TSG South Training Center NGC Jamshoro Hyderabad, Sindh. The Works are funded from NGC own resources and must be executed under the approved drawings, BOQ, WAPDA specifications and contract conditions. The BOQ includes Sr 1 dismantling and debris disposal; Sr 1-60 excavation, filling, concrete, reinforcement, brickwork, damp proofing, roofing, tiles, plaster, doors, windows, furniture fittings, painting, steelwork and landscaping; Sr 61-62 air conditioners; Sr 63-72 roads, paths, kerbs, pavers, bituminous surfacing, road studs and lane marking; Sr 73-81 tables, chairs, beds, sofa, refrigerators, exhaust blower, kitchen hood and microwave; Sr 82-114 tanks, pumps, HDPE, PPRC, GI, PVC and reinforced pipelines, valves, manholes, sanitary fixtures, sinks, washroom accessories, cooking range and fire hydrants; Sr 115-140 geysers, distribution boards, earthing, wiring, sockets, fans, lights, water coolers, dispensers, LED televisions, poles, pumps and false ceiling; and Sr 141-146 earthwork, borrow excavation, jungle clearance, tubewell boring and shrouding. Quantities are estimated and actual measured work may vary. Eligible bidders must hold the appropriate PEC license, minimum C-3 with codes CE 01, 09 and 10, be registered with federal and provincial tax departments, appear on the FBR and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority Active Taxpayers Lists, and not be blacklisted. Required evidence includes similar works, financial statements, turnover, available resources, key personnel, beneficial ownership declaration, integrity pact and affidavits. A **PKR 4.6 million** bid security is required as Deposit at Call or bank guarantee. Submit separate technical and price PDF bids through e-PADS by **31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM PST**. The original bid security must reach Chief Engineer MP&M NGC, 8th Floor Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore before the deadline. Technical bids open at **11:30 AM PST** the same day.
