HR Outsourcing Services for ADP Scheme titled Construction of Building Cancer Center and Provision of PET Scan and Cyclotron Machine at Nishtar Hospital Multan

Nishtar Hospital Multan invites well reputed and experienced firms/companies for provision of Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing services under the ADP Scheme titled Construction of Building Cancer Center and PET Scan at Nishtar Hospital Multan. The contract is under frame work in accordance with Rule 15 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - HR Outsourcing services for 38 different posts HR Class IV for ADP Scheme titled Construction of Building Cancer Center and Provision of PET Scan and Cyclotron Machine. The procurement will be completed under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 with Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Tender documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Technical and Financial Separate Bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement System website before 03-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must ensure uploading bids well before the deadline. All bids must be accompanied with 2% Bid Security submitted/paid through online portal as per PPRA rules. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. Bidders are bound to provide HR of all categories mentioned in bidding documents.
