Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Village Electrification division invites bids for the procurement and installation of HT/LT structures and HT/LT PC spun poles including loading/unloading, erection, concreting, back filling, fixing of stay rods, and earthing of poles and substation in Tehsil Jand, Paindi Gheb, and Fateh Jang, District Attock. This project falls under the jurisdiction of RE Division IESCO Taxila and is planned for the financial year 2025-26 with an estimated cost of **PKR 19,693,934**. The scope includes supply and installation of 620 HT structures, 1250 LT structures, 100 HT PC spun poles, 100 LT PC spun poles, earthing of 1870 poles, earth rods, and stay rods as per detailed specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, prequalified by NTDC Lahore, and registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is mandatory. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions including joint bank accounts and registration on EPADS. The bid submission deadline is **Monday, June 8, 2026 at 10:30 AM** via EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions will not be accepted.
