HT and LT Structure for Village Electrification Schemes in NA-47 Islamabad and NA-51 Kotli Sattian & Murree

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Village Electrification division invites bids for the construction of HT and LT structures for village electrification schemes under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) Achievement Programme (SAP) for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement covers works in NA-47 Tehsil and District Islamabad and NA-51 Tehsil Kotli Sattian & Murree. The department responsible is the Construction Division of IESCO Islamabad, located at Head Office Street # 40, Sector G7/4, Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - HT Structure (36`) with complete foundation size 610x610x1981mm, quantity 4 each - LT Structure 9.49 Mtrs (31`) with complete foundation size 508x508x1829mm, quantity 518 each - Earthing arrangements for HT/LT Steel Structure as per Wapda Drg: No. PWD/DF/246, quantity 522 each - Earth Rod (configuration) for distribution Transformer on Double Structures/Poles as per Wapda drawing No. PDW/DF/264, quantity 1 each - Stay Rod installation and fixing of stay set complete, quantity 289 each The technical scope includes collection of materials from designated stores in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, construction of foundations and erection of HT and LT structures as per WAPDA specifications, installation of earthing arrangements and earth rods, and fixing of stay rods. The work is to be executed under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad with adherence to the Prime Minister's Global Sustainable Development Goals. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered engineering firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status, and to have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two members, and financial capacity must be demonstrated with a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of BOQ cost. Income tax returns for FY 2025-26 and audit reports for last three financial years are also required. The bid submission deadline is **Friday, July 31, 2026 at 09:30 AM** through EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. The bid security of 2% of BOQ cost must be submitted in original form before bid opening. The contract price is fixed and payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
