Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites bids for the supply of HT PC Spun Hollow Poles 45-Feet Long under Tender No 4402. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is based in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement follows the National Competitive Bidding method with a single stage one envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

- HT PC Spun Hollow Poles 45-Feet Long (Quantity: 1250 Nos)
The poles must comply strictly with Specification No. DDS-55:2006 (Amended to date) as per NGC/PPMC standards. The manufacturer must have valid prototype approval from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore or must obtain it within 30 days of contract signing. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages at 0.0667% per day. Failure in prototype testing twice will lead to contract cancellation and forfeiture of performance security. The supplier must bear all testing charges and ensure local manufacturing facilities are approved by PPMC.
Delivery is scheduled in multiple lots: 250 poles within 60 days and subsequent lots of 250 poles each within 45 days intervals, totaling 1250 poles. Delivery locations include LESCO Regional Stores at Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki. Early supply is acceptable but delivery must be completed within the stipulated schedule.
Eligibility requires registration with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), valid bid security, prequalification with LESCO/DISCO/WAPDA, and compliance with all bidding document requirements including ISO certifications and manufacturer authorization. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft in favor of CEO LESCO.
The bid submission deadline is Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
