Procurement of HT Steel Structures Size-58' Galvanized

The **Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO)**, Material Management Department, invites eligible manufacturers, suppliers, or authorized dealers to submit bids for procurement of galvanized HT steel utility structures measuring 58 feet. The procurement is identified as Tender No. 4406 and Contract Reference P78265, funded under the financial year 2026-27. Bids will be evaluated through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection. Items and delivery allocation are as follows: Item 1, HT Steel Structures Size-58' Galvanized, specification DDS-78:2008 amended to date, unit Nos., total quantity 1,500 Nos., with 500 Nos. required within 60 days, followed by 500 Nos. in the next 45 days and the remaining 500 Nos. in the next 45 days. The successful manufacturer must provide valid prototype approval from the PPMC Stands and Specifications Department, where applicable, and must complete prototype testing before mass production. Suppliers shall provide technical literature, relevant ISO-18001 or ISO-45001 certification, a compliance certificate, and any required manufacturer authorization. The bidder must be registered for FBR income and sales tax and remain on the Active Taxpayer List. Relevant prequalification with LESCO, DISCO, or a WAPDA formation and at least one similar completed contract are required. A bid security of **PKR 12,000,000** is required in the prescribed form. The original security must reach Chief Engineer, Material Management, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore before the deadline, while the scanned copy must be uploaded online.
