Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hybrid Solar Systems for Ladies Bar Room, Male Bar Room at Okara and Renala Khurd

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara invites e-bids from companies, firms, and individuals registered with e-PADS/Punjab e-procurement portal and having active status with FBR and PEC category C4 or above for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of hybrid solar systems at multiple locations in Okara and Renala Khurd. Items being procured: - 03 Units of 08-KW Hybrid Solar (Off-grid) System for 2 Ladies Bar Rooms at Okara & Renala Khurd and 1 Male Bar Room at Renala Khurd - 01 Unit of 12-KW Hybrid Solar (Off-grid) System for Male Bar Room at Depalpur - 01 Unit of 15-KW Hybrid Solar (Off-grid) System for Male Bar Room at Okara The project is approved by the Governing Body, Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF). The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelops Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit bid security at 2% of the estimated cost for each lot through the prescribed online banking channel in favor of District & Sessions Judge, Okara. The technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically only via the e-PADS portal by 11-11-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Eligibility criteria include PEC category C4 or above, valid FBR registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. Earnest money and performance guarantees are required as per terms. Bidders may quote for all or any lots but must quote all items and quantities within a lot. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next day will be treated as closing date.
