Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with valid PEC licenses for the financial year 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder will also provide a 10% performance security valid for three months beyond the contract period.
